• The Tax Hub: A secure transmission layer for document collection.
• The Judiciary Tracker: A data aggregation tool for public legal records.

akber.org is a technology platform, not a law firm or an accountancy practice. Use of our tools does not create an attorney-client or accountant-client relationship between you and Akber.org.

2. Tax App: Document Handling & Liability

The Tax App is a stateless conduit for your financial data.

• Role: We act as the "Secure Pipe" between a taxpayer and their chosen accountant.
• Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the integrity of the files uploaded. We do not audit or verify the contents of your tax documents.
• Compliance: You agree to use the app in compliance with the tax laws of your specific jurisdiction (e.g., HMRC in the UK, IRS in the US).
• Liability Limit: akber.org is not liable for any tax penalties, late filings, or interest charges resulting from the use or "downtime" of the app.

📜 The GIGO Law (Garbage In, Garbage Out)
If the state of the data you upload is corrupted or incorrect, the resulting tax filing will be flawed. The system cannot fix human error at the source.

3. Judicial Tracking App: Data Integrity

Our tracking app mirrors public court records and judiciary data.

• Synchronization Lag: While we strive for real-time updates, court records are subject to "propagation delay." We do not guarantee that our dashboard reflects the instantaneous state of a court docket.
• Accuracy Disclaimer: We aggregate data from third-party public sources. If a court clerk makes a typo in the official record, that typo will appear in our app.
• Non-Reliance: Decisions involving legal deadlines or court appearances should be verified against official court communications.

4. User Conduct & Security

• No Reverse Engineering: You may not attempt to decompile our "State-to-UI" logic or scrape our judicial database for unauthorized commercial use.
• Authentication: You are the "Root User" of your account. Any data leak resulting from your compromised password is your liability.
• Prohibited Content: Uploading malicious code, "Logic Bombs," or non-legal/tax-related documents will result in immediate termination of service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, akber.org’s total liability for any claim arising out of these services is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (or £100, whichever is higher).

We are not liable for:

• Lost profits or "Opportunity Costs."
• Inaccurate judicial analytics.
• Accountant-side negligence.

6. Termination of Connection

We reserve the right to "Drop the Connection" (terminate access) if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy (The "Cleanup" cycle).

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disagreements will be settled via binding arbitration in London, UK, unless the matter can be resolved through an "amicable debug session" (mediation).
